Jonestown survivor to speak at library

Laura Johnston Kohl will discuss the life-changing experience that led to her book, "Jonestown Survivor, An Insider's Look," in a Friends of the Library program at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, on the fourth floor of the Chattanooga Public Library, 1001 Broad St. Her presentation will cover survivor guilt and historical perspectives of the '60s, '70s and '80s. Other topics to be discussed include cult dynamics, group psychology, human rights and activism, the cult of personality in leaders and Quaker activism.
