Wine-tasting at Easy Bistro on Wednesday - April 16

Mark Adams, named one of 2014’s Winemakers To Watch by the San Francisco Chronicle, will visit Chattanooga on Wednesday, April 16, to let local residents sample the fruits of his labor.

Adams, owner of Ledge Vineyard and assistant winemaker at Saxum Vineyards, will feature his latest collection of California wines for guests to taste, paired with hors d’oeuvres from chef Erik Niel. The tasting session is set for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Easy Bistro & Bar, 203 Broad St.

Guests will taste the following: California Soul White (2012), California Soul Red (2011), Kazoo Red (2011), Kazoo Carignane (2012), and Catacombs Red (2011).

Tickets are $35 per person (which includes hors d’oeuvres and complimentary valet parking). They can be purchased at or by calling the restaurant at 423-266-1121.
