Jackson Generals end Chattanooga Lookouts' winning streak

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Chattanooga Lookouts' three-game winning streak — including a double-size 18-inning, 7-4 win that concluded Tuesday morning — ended with a 6-4 Southern League baseball loss Tuesday afternoon to the Jackson Generals.

Jackson took a 5-0 lead in the second inning on Jabari Blash's three-run home run to right field. The Generals scored twice in the first inning on RBIs by Kevin Rivers and Daniel Paolini.

The Lookouts (8-11) got on the board in the fifth when Daniel Mayora opened with a bunt single and Chris O'Brien followed with a homer to right.

The finale of the five-game series in Jackson is today at 1:05 EDT. Garrett Gould (0-3, 8.76 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Cam Hobson (1-1, 3.63) scheduled for the Generals.
