A north Georgia man will spend the rest of his life in prison. And even then, after his death, he will be scheduled for two more centuries behind bars.

Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge Ralph Van Pelt sentenced 34-year-old James Martin Ferris on Tuesday to life in prison, plus an additional 250 years. A jury convicted Ferris this week on 46 counts of aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and sexual exploitation of children.

According to District Attorney Herbert "Buzz" Franklin's website, Ferris had sex with five girls between the ages of 12 and 14 from January 2013 through last month. Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent James Harris allegedly found a video of Ferris sexually abusing one unconscious girl. Investigators also uncovered a collection of child porn.
