Meet Grace Frank
While her name is known in the local real estate realm, there is more to the story of Grace Frank than meets the eye.
Grace Frank has been selling homes in the Chattanooga area for more than 10 years.
“I have been in the field for over 20 years, first as a business development director for large health care systems, then as an investor,” Frank said in regards to how she got her start. “For the past ten years, I have had my [real estate] license.”
And in those 10 years, Frank has had much success and created a group that serves buyers and sellers well in many ways. Her MBA in marketing allows her to be at the top of the game for sellers wanting their home sold. From advice and consultations for new buyers to tips to help sellers prepare their property for the market, Frank does it all and says it’s her life’s passion.
“I have always had a passion for land development and the right use of growth for communities,” he said. “Real estate is one of the largest investments individuals and families make, and I believe having the correct team member as a Realtor is key.”
Frank said she enjoys sharing her knowledge of the industry with others and allowing them to make decisions based on facts and research as opposed to impulse buying.
“For me, it’s about the relationship and the negotiation,” she said, describing her enjoyment in her work. “First, you meet great people and create relationships for life based on trust and respect. Second, there is nothing like creating a win-win negotiation that allows both parties to feel as if they did the right thing and the outcome is the best possible.”
Frank strives for that aspect in every negotiation, she said. And thanks to that goal, today the Grace Frank Group is one of the top listing services in the Greater Chattanooga area.
“We try to think out of the box and create an individual strategy for each client,” she said. “Relocation buyers are my personal area of expertise, as well as seasoned investor sales.”
