Prosecutors have upped the charges against a 44-year-old woman who police say walked into a downtown bank in 2012 and pulled a gun on her husband's ex-wife.

Zoya Zakwan was initially charged with aggravated assault after she tried to fire at employees in Capital Mark-Bank & Trust at 801 Broad St. on Aug. 2, 2012, but now she faces two counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Her arraignment on the new charges is scheduled for Aug. 14 in Hamilton County Criminal Court in front of Judge Barry Steelman.
