An obsession about a 40-year-old business deal led a 78-year-old man to seriously injure one Englewood, Tenn., business owner and fatally shoot another before turning himself in to the McMinn County Sheriff's Office Sunday.

Bobby Russell, 78, of McMinn County, confessed to shooting and injuring Englewood Package Store owner Bill Haney. Russell reportedly shot Haney several times with a small-caliber handgun just after 9 p.m. Saturday at the store on Highway 411 just north of town.

While authorities were on the scene, another call came in around 10:45 p.m. Responders dispatched to a residence on County Road 478 just east of Englewood where they found 80-year-old Bill Culberson dead in his driveway.
