The Hamilton County Circuit Court trial of a $25 million lawsuit against the local Hennen Restaurant Group began again today after being delayed because of winter weather.

Lisa Barnes, the mother of deceased Hannah Barnes, is suing the group alleging that her 19-year-old daughter drank alcohol at the restaurant hours before she and her manager, Michael Hennen, 27, were killed by a train near McDonald Farm at about 6 a.m. On Aug 22, 2011.

Video footage, expected to be shown to the jury, should show the pair lying on the tracks moments before being killed.
