St. John's Restaurant
Chef Rebecca Barron will showcase her culinary talent with an off-the-menu Sustainable Seafood Dinner at 6:30 tonight, July 3, at St. John’s Restaurant, 1278 Market St. The event supports the Tennessee Aquarium’s Serve and Protect mission.
In addition to sustainable seafood, the meal will highlight seasonal and local flavor by using ingredients from the summer harvest obtained from regional sources. Each course will be paired with select wines. Selections include Maine lobster salad, summer gazpacho, trout and a cornmeal cake served with blackberries and lemon ice cream.
Participation is limited to 35. Cost is $50 for Aquarium members, $65 for nonmembers.
