Chattanooga police identify Billiard Club hidden camera suspect as Justin Jamar Wilson

A suspect has been taken into custody for the hidden camera found July 15 in the men's restroom at Chattanooga Billiard Club downtown.

Investigators with the Chattanooga Police Department's Homicide Unit were able to identify one of the locations seen on the camera, and from that located the suspect's place of employment.

With the assistance of the management of a local Kangaroo Station, investigators were able to identify the suspect to be 21-year-old Justin Jamar Wilson. Wilson was arrested July 25 for Observation Without Consent and booked at the Hamilton County Jail.
