NASCAR drivers Austin and Ty Dillon are scheduled to take part in the Schaeffer's Oil Southern Nationals Series for Super Late Model cars tonight in the Thunder Tuesday Night special event at Boyd's Speedway, where the grandsons of longtime NASCAR team owner Richard Childress also will sign autographs and drive lucky ticket holders on "Rides of a Lifetime." Austin won the Nationwide Series championship in 2013 and now is a Sprint Cup Series regular, and Ty held off Kyle Busch for his first Nationwide win this past Saturday at Indianapolis. The 35-lap Southern Nationals race will pay $3,500 to win. Crate Late Models and A- and B-Hobby races also are on tonight's schedule. Gates will open at 4 p.m. A regular racing schedule will resume Saturday night at Boyd's, and the rained-out USCS Sprint Cars and Mini Sprints races have been reset for Aug. 8.
