Negroni Week at Easy Bistro supports Food Bank - June 5-8

Easy Bistro & Bar, 203 Broad St., is participating in Negroni Week to raise money for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.

Negroni Week, which continues through Sunday, June 8, was launched last summer by magazine publisher Imbibe Media and liqueur seller Campari America to celebrate a great cocktail and raise money for charitable causes. During the seven-day campaign, bars mix up their favorite Negroni variations and donate $1 from each one served to a charity of their choosing. The classic Negroni has three ingredients: Campari, gin and vermouth.

Easy Bistro is the only restaurant in Chattanooga participating. If it should sell the most Negronis, Campari will donate an additional $10,000 to the Food Bank.
