Q: Dad, you've always stressed to us the importance of looking someone in the eye and shaking their hand, especially older people we might have met somewhere. Why?
A: It shows a level of confidence in yourself but also respect for the other person. And, I always appreciate it when one of your friends comes up to me and says hello. It leaves an impression.
