MCMINN COUNTY, Tenn. - One person is dead following shooting Sunday night in McMinn County.
The victim, 22-year old Brandon Hayes died Monday at the hospital. He is the nephew of the suspect, 35-year old Marvin D. Hayes.
Brandon went to Marvin's home where a verbal altercation happened. The altercation turned violent when Marvin shot Brandon.
