Chattanooga fire investigators have arrested a second party in connection with a domestic dispute Tuesday that resulted in both parties' property being burned.

Earlier this morning, Tricia Tigner was arrested on the charge of setting fire to personal property and transported to Hamilton County Jail for booking.

On March 11, an argument began between Tigner, 34, and Daryl Powell, 45, at 5953 Shaw Ave., according to Captain Anthony Moore with the Fire Investigation Division.

During the squabble, Tigner gathered up Powell's clothes and removed them to the backyard to be burned. Tigner told the investigator that she wanted Powell to know how it felt to lose personal belongings.

The next morning Powell responded by setting fire to her car, which led to his arrest later that day on the charge of setting fire to personal property.
