Bacchanalia celebrates Mardi Gras

What: The Chattanooga Bach Choir's Mardi Gras party, Bacchanalia, drew its largest crowd of guests to date, according to chairwoman Merilee Milburn. The fundraiser started with a warm-up party in the Sheraton Read House before a revelers took part in a strut up Chestnut Street to the Walden Club, where 134 guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner, Mardi Gras mask contest, the crowning of the Mardi Gras royalty and dancing to music of Booker T. Scruggs.

Taste serves up 20 specialties of the house

What: Twenty local restaurants and caterers served their specialties to more than 300 guests attending Taste at Stratton Hall.
