“Our extraordinary employees make it possible to consistently deliver high-quality technical support in conjunction with a genuine passion for customer service,” said company CEO Bob Hamilton.

In recent months, the Chattanooga team has hired at least three new employees to help achieve this goal, while the company at large has hired several new folks to better serve the growing business.

“We continue to see strong growth in our market and in our market share,” said general manager Terry Smith. “We’ve added Don Godby as our managing print services specialist, and Ross Porter and Jenna Bruns as two new account executives.”

Godby relocated to the Chattanooga company from North Carolina and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the industry.

“I cover East Tennessee and North Alabama,” he said in regards to the clients he serves. “I’m really happy with XMC and hope to make this my final stop.”

Smith said XMC is excited about the direction the industry is headed and is happy to be an active part. “We’re ready for a big 2014,” he noted.

In less than 20 years, XMC has become the second-largest Xerox dealer in the United States. In recent months, the company was named a 14 Star Top Performer with Xerox Corporation, an award that only three out of 400 agencies earned this year, which further speaks to the company’s successful performance and growth.

“For those unfamiliar with us, we are a full solutions provider, from small convenience copiers all the way up to large productions presses,” Smith explained. “We service areas across East Tennessee all the way through Northern Alabama.”

The local company also offers document solutions and systems along with services that include complete electronic document management, all designed to increase productivity and collaboration while cutting costs. XMC has an expanded portfolio of systems that allow staff to share documents at multiple levels, all with a user-friendly interface and multiple levels of security.

Smith said that while the company’s clientele continues to grow significantly, XMC of Chattanooga is consistently able to deliver support with an emphasis on customer service thanks to its great team of people.

Though new faces have been added, XMC of Chattanooga retains its core staff, including account executive Scott Davis and production print specialist Jeff Wishmyer.

As part of its commitment to communities, XMC Inc. prides itself on consistently delivering high-quality products and services, all with a uniquely personal approach. Its Xerox products are designed for offices and production printing environments.

Statistics can be dull, and they almost never paint a complete picture of a topic. But they can also be a vital source of support in showing that a business is working.
If you haven’t heard of GreenForm yet, chances are you will soon. In just a few years, it has grown from a few friends with a roofing company to a full-fledged construction, roofing and solar business with around a dozen full-time employees and multiple subcontractors.
As the second largest Xerox and office copier dealer in the country, XMC, Inc. never runs low on things to brag about. But right now, the company is particularly proud of its completely redeveloped website,, which launched Sept. 1 of this year.
When it comes to feeling safe in your home or workplace, there’s nothing more important.
