MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Former Florida governor and possible presidential hopeful Jeb Bush will speak in Birmingham in October.
Bush will be the keynote speaker at the Business Council of Alabama's 2014 Chairman's Dinner. The event will be held Oct. 7.
Bush was the two-term governor of Florida. He is often mentioned as a potential Republican candidate for president in 2016.
Tickets prices will be announced closer to the event.
Former President George W. Bush and political strategists James Carville and Karl Rove have been past speakers at the annual dinner. The event raises funds for the business association's political action committee.
