Baker Donelson's panelist, Faulkner

Richard D. Faulkner Jr., shareholder in the Chattanooga office of Baker Donelson, served as a panelist at the 2014 American Health Lawyers Association Long Term Care and the Law program last month in Las Vegas. Faulkner, who concentrates his practice on long term care and health care transactions, participated in the panel discussion, "Transfers of Distressed Long Term Care Facilities."

Faulkner has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as a leading attorney in real estate law since 2007 and was recently named Best Lawyers' 2014 Chattanooga Real Estate Lawyer of the Year.


Browns join Southern Advertising

Southern Advertising & Sign Service, LLC has added father and son team Tony and Aaron Brown to the sales staff for electrical signs and LED message centers. They bring 19 years of combined experience to the sign industry and will work at the company's location at 90 W. 28th St. in Chattanooga.


Decosimo is leading Hedge Fund firm

HMFWeek Magazine has recognized Decosimo as one of the leading hedge fund auditing firms in the nation. In its most recent ranking of service providers, HMFWeek Magazine ranked Decosimo 13th in size among SEC-registered hedge funds audited and 12th by the funds' regulatory assets under management.

"Our firm is honored to have earned positions in the top 15 of HFMWeek's rankings," said Nick Decosimo, firm-wide managing partner. "We are proud to have built an investment services practice which provides services to hundreds of funds with industry-specific assurance, tax and advisory services."

Pincelli joins Mountain City Club

The Mountain City Club has hired Nicole Pincelli as marketing and sales director. Pincelli grew up on Signal Mountain and graduated from Girls' Preparatory School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She previously worked for Unum for 13 years in sales, marketing and management positions. She lives in the North Chattanooga area.

Nicole is actively working on many projects at the club; including seeking new memberships, increasing the number of events hosted by the club, sustaining member retention and other marketing endeavors such as enhancing the club's website.

The Mountain City Club is a historic private club and is in the process of making upgrades to the interior of the club, while maintaining the club's integrity.
