Q: What's on your mind?

A: Thanks for asking. I've been thinking a lot about hobbies lately and how important they are for people. I think everyone should have at least one that is truly there's. Spouses might share some hobbies, but everyone needs something that takes them to another place. Of course, there are limitations. Very expensive hobbies or ones that take up a lot of your time can be bad for couples, but being able to go into the kitchen or the garage or the garden for a break is very healthy.
