The List: Tennessee ranked as one of the worst states for well-being

The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index rates states based upon their healthy behaviors, life and emotional health, work environment, physical health and basic access to health services. The lowest ranked states were:

• 1. West Virginia

• 2. Kentucky

• 3. Mississippi

• 4. Alabama

• 5. Ohio

• 6. Arkansas

• 7. Tennessee

• 8. Missouri

• 9. Oklahoma

• 10. Louisiana
