The Chattanooga Lookouts will be back at AT&T Field, 201 Power Alley, Saturday through Wednesday, May 10-14, to take on the Huntsville Stars.

Seven promotions are planned during the five-game home stand, and registration is required for participation in three. For sign-up information for Scout Night (Boy Scouts), Downtown Night (downtown businesses and organizations) and School Day at the Ballpark (school groups), call the Group Sales Department at 423-267-2208.

Here's a list of game times and promotions.

¦ Saturday, May 10: 7:15 p.m. Negro League Baseball Night highlights the single season of the Chattanooga Black Lookouts in 1920. Scout Night will include special recognition and activities for Boy Scouts during the game and a sleepover afterward.

¦ Sunday, May 11: 2:15 p.m. SunTrust Sunday lets incoming fans trade donations of canned goods for free general-admission tickets.

¦ Monday, May 12: 7:15 p.m. Kids Eat Free offers a voucher for a free ballpark meal for kids under age 12.

¦ Tuesday, May 13: 7:15 p.m. Downtown Night spotlights registered businesses and organizations from downtown Chattanooga.

¦ Wednesday, May 14: 11:15 a.m. Businessman Special, priced at $8, includes a ticket to the game and a meal voucher for hot dog, chips and drink. School Day at the Ballpark, presented by Creative Discovery Museum, offers large-scale educational demonstrations before the game.

The large venue will provide plenty of space for such activities as Coke & Mentos geysers, wind bag blowup, cloud in a can and clouds and explosions.

"Children are naturally in a celebratory mood at the end of the school year," says Karen Dewhirst, the museum's science manager. "I can't think of a better way to celebrate the successful completion of a long year of learning than participating in larger-than-life, messy science experiments surrounded by kids of all ages and ballpark hot dogs."

General-admission tickets are $3 and $5. Box seats are $6 and $9. To purchase, call 423-267-4849 or visit www.lookouts.com.
