The metro Cleveland, Tenn., area, which has added construction jobs in the past year as the $2 billion Wacker Chemical plant takes shape in Charleston, Tenn., was among the top U.S. metro areas in construction job growth from August 2013 to August 2014.

• 4. Fort Walton Beach, Fla., 23.7 percent growth

• 5. Fargo, N.D., 20.9 percent growth

• 6. Cleveland, Tenn., 18.8 percent growth

• 7. Ann Arbor, Mich., 18.4 percent growth

• 8. Baton Rouge, La., 18.1 percent growth

• 9. Cleveland, Ohio, 17.9 percent growth

• 10. Albany, N.Y., 16.7 percent
