KNOXVILLE -- Tennessee football players A.J. Johnson and Michael Williams have been accused of "forcible rape" by a 19-year-old woman according to a Knoxville Police Department report.

Johnson, a senior linebacker and two-time All-SEC selection, and Williams, a walk-on cornerback that started five games earlier this season, were suspended from all team-related activities on Monday amid the investigation into an alleged incident that occurred over the weekend.

No charges have been filed in the case.

According to the KPD report, one 19-year-old woman told police she was raped by Johnson, 22, and Williams, 21, the The Woodlands apartment complex, while a second 19-year-old woman told police Williams had sexually assaulted her.

The second woman, who was visiting from out of state, has returned to Florida and elected "at this time" not to prosecute, a police official said Monday.

Both women were transported to UT Medical Center for medical treatment.

Once KPD completes its investigation, the direction of the case will be in the hands of the district attorney's office, which will decide if charges need to be filed and what those charges will be.

The Volunteers host 19th-ranked Missouri in their final home game on Saturday night.
