The CSO String Quintet will be in concert at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, at First Christian Church, 650 McCallie Ave.

Presented by the Chattanooga Music Club, the performance will feature a variety of music that showcases the instruments, from classical standards to modern favorites. The String Quartet comprises principal members of the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera.

They are, from left, Robert Elder (principal viola), Sheri Peck (principal second violin), Taylor Brown (principal double bass), Eric Reed (principal cello) and Josh Holritz (associate concertmaster).
