A teenager shot three times in Chattanooga this morning won't give police any details about the incident.
19-year-old Devontae Billingsley-Gamble was found at 1115 Sheridan Avenue around 12:40 a.m., according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
He was taken to a hospital. His wounds are non-life threatening, the release stated.
Officers were unable to locate a potential crime scene.
