Project: Integra Hills Luxury Apartments is adding 220 units built to National Green Building Standards.
Location: 14 acres in the 5000 block of Little Debbie Parkway, Collegedale, Tenn.
Owner: Panther Chattanooga/Preserves LLC.
History: Integra Land Co. of Lake Mary, Fla., started construction in 2011. Panther Chattanooga/Preserves bought the complex earlier this year.
Investment: Panther paid $31.7 million for the complex. Integra Land Co. invested about $19 million in the original phase. New addition will cost about $18.5 million.
Contractor: LandSouth Construction, based in Jacksonville Beach, Fla., and builder of the initial development.
Architect: Charland-Brock & Associates, based in Maitland, Fla.
Amenities: Gated community, poolside Wi-Fi and gas grills, attached garages, lounge areas, state-of-the-art health and fitness center, tanning studio, Internet cafe with computers. Also stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, French doors, garden tubs and washer/dryer machines.
Rent/Lease: One bedroom/one bath units start at $890 a month; three bedroom/two bath units go up to $1,430 a month. Two bedroom units also are available.
Schedule: Construction complete by April 2015.
