WILMINGTON, Del. - Authorities have captured a Delaware man wanted in a 13-year-old killing in Tennessee.
The FBI and several other agencies arrested 51-year-old Ignacio Constantino on Thursday at the apartment complex where he lived outside of Wilmington, Delaware.
A police report says that on Jan. 21, 2001, Constantino got into an argument with 44-year-old Jose Rodriguez outside a business in Morristown, Tennessee, about 40 miles east of Knoxville.
The report says Constantino pulled a gun and shot Rodriguez two to three times and fled the scene. Rodriguez died soon after.
Morristown police Maj. Michelle Jones tells The News Journal (http://tinyurl.com/lflffdm) that the community is happy Constantino is in custody and looks forward to seeing him face first-degree murder charges.
It's unclear whether Constantino has an attorney.
