Motorists traveling in the downtown Chattanooga area should watch out today for a non-functioning traffic signal at Central Avenue and M.L. King Boulevard from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to a statement issued at 8:30 a.m. by the Chattanooga Department of Transportation.
