Delta issues travel waiver on Chattanooga-LaGuardia flights

Delta Air Lines has issued a travel waiver for select Wednesday flights due to forecasted severe thunderstorms in the Northeast, including from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport.

The waiver is extended to passengers traveling to and from LaGuardia Airport in New York City. Passengers traveling to LaGuardia from Chattanooga have the opportunity to rebook flights through Delta.

Passengers traveling to and from the Chattanooga Airport should frequently check flight status and arrive to the airport early, according to Lovell Field.
