Emily Odum, a senior at Northwest Whitfield High School, was selected to receive the Bernice Spigel Prize in Visual Art. Her work will be on display at the Student Arts Expo at the Creative Arts Guild.Today, March 27, is the final day to view the 51st annual Student Arts Expo at the Creative Arts Guild, 520 W. Waugh St. in Dalton, Ga. All students in pre-K through 12th grade in Dalton city, Murray County and Whitfield County schools, as well as private and home-schooled students were invited to exhibit their art. First-, second- and third-place ribbons and honorable mentions were awarded in each grade level.
