A "Herbie" look-alike from the 1968 Disney classic "The Love Bug" will be part of Retro Movie Night at the Tennessee Riverpark on Saturday.A Retro Movie Night at the Tennessee Riverpark could leave you feeling groovy.
Presented by the Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department, the event will begin at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, with a Scenic City Volks Folks Volkswagen cruise-in that includes a replica of the “Herbie” car of movie fame. That special appearance is also a key clue for the movie that will be shown at dark.
Also scheduled are tie-dye shirt contests for children and adults, plus games for the whole family.
Concessions will be available. Admission is free.
