Playhouse is new Habitat fundraiser

What: A new fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga was unveiled inside Enzo's Market during last weekend's Main x 24 festivities in South Chattanooga. The 6-foot by 6-foot playhouse, designed and custom-built by Habitat's construction department, will raise awareness for Habitat's Help Build It Campaign.

Benefits: From now through Jan. 5, donations will be accepted for Habitat's building campaign. They may either be placed in the mail slot of the illuminated playhouse in Enzo's lobby or mailed to Habitat for Humanity, 1201 E. Main St., Chattanooga, TN 37408. Proceeds will be used to build an energy-efficient home for a family of five on 14th Street in Chattanooga's Southside neighborhood. The playhouse will be auctioned at Habitat's spring dinner on Friday, April 4.
