Call for 'Emerging Artists Exhibit'
Chattanooga Department of Education, Arts & Culture is seeking entrants for its 2013 Emerging Artists Exhibit.
The exhibit is part of EAC's Arts in Nontraditional Spaces outreach showcasing art and photography in public spaces such as Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport, City Hall and the Chattanooga Housing Authority headquarters, among others.
Applications are also accepted from visual artists to exhibit in the EAC office spaces. EAC has a year-round open-submission policy for its exhibitions and accepts artwork from emerging artists in two-dimensional work. Exhibits may feature the works of a single artist, a small group or themed exhibit.
