Polk County High School Alumni Association is accepting nominations for its Hall of Fame until April 1.
Nominees must be a PCHS graduate who has made a significant contribution to the community, county or country in which he or she resides, which benefits the welfare of all its residents. Posthumous nominees are welcome.
Nominations should include a listing of the nominee's qualifications and an essay by the person making the nomination stating in 200 words or less why the nominee is suited be the Hall of Fame.
The alumni association officers are responsible for the selection of winners. Induction will be made at the annual alumni association banquet on the first Saturday in June.
