Two men are in custody accused of committing a robbery at an East Brainerd Road pharmacy earlier this month.

Chattanooga police are searching for a third suspect in the case, according to a released statement.

Aaron D. Reynolds, 28, and Arnulfo R. Canales, 26, face robbery charges for robbing a CVS pharmacy on July 9, said police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.

The men are in custody in Crossville, Tenn., Weary said, and police still are searching for a woman with red hair who is connected to the case.

During the July 9 robbery, a man entered the pharmacy located at 8034 E. Brainerd Road just after 5 p.m. and passed a note to a pharmacy tech. The note told the tech he was armed and ordered her to give him oxycodone, Weary said.

The man then brandished the gun, told the pharmacy tech she had 45 seconds to comply and began counting backward. He fled with a bag full of medication.

Police are working with investigators at other agencies to learn if the group is responsible for other pharmacy robberies.
