East Ridge police have charged a 25-year-old undocumented immigrant with charges including DUI, four counts of vehicular assault and six counts of reckless endangerment after he struck a Pontiac Torrent head on while driving the wrong way on Interstate 24 early Saturday morning.

Jesus Morales Bonilla, the driver of a black Dodge Ram going the wrong way, had two different IDs with him when police found him.

Everyone has been released from the hospital, Hopkins said Monday morning.
