The Chattanooga Beer and Wrecker Board voted today to revoke the beer permit for Fire and Ice, located at 807 Market St., starting immediately. The revocation applies only to beer, and not to wine and liquor.
Fire and Ice faced the Beer Board today because of a reported disorderly crowd incident from Sept. 10. When the lights came on at about 2:30 a.m., police saw beer bottles flying through the air inside the bar, and fights and other disorder subsequently broke out, according to the incident report.
On Sept. 15, the Beer Board suspended the club's license for 30 days because of a disorderly crowd incident from August 14.
