Meth lab found in Red Bank

The Tennessee Meth Task Force was called to a Red Bank home Saturday after a methamphetamine lab was discovered in a stolen travel trailer.

Red Bank police responded to a call about a possible stolen vehicle on Saturday, according to a news release by Police Chief Tim Christol. The vehicle, a 32-foot travel trailer, plus two motorcycles, an ATV and a shotgun - all of which had been reported as stolen - were located at the residence.

An investigation of the trailer revealed it housed an active meth lab, Christol said.

The Chattanooga Police Department, along with the Tennessee Meth Task Force, assisted Red Bank Police.

An investigation is ongoing.
