The death of a 75-year-old Chattanooga woman over the weekend has been ruled a homicide, the Hamilton County Medical Examiner's Office says.
Joanne Desha was found on the floor of her home at 2302 Marco Circle about 10 a.m. Saturday, police say. No cause of death has been released, but an investigation is ongoing, they say.
