In preparation for her 18th birthday on Nov. 8, singer Lauren Alaina is embarking on an 18-city tour in support of her latest single, "Eighteen Inches."

The Inch-By-Inch tour kicks off today in Bloomsburg, Pa., and wraps up Nov. 12 in Pittsburgh, Pa., making stops in Atlanta and Dalton, Ga. Along the way, the Rossville native is teaming with local charities and the Special Olympics and will donate a portion of each sale of a limited edition Inch-By-Inch T-shirt.

You can contribute to the charitable causes without attending a concert by visiting www.laurenalainaofficial.com.

"Eighteen Inches" - the distance between the heart and the head, according to the song - was co-written by Carrie Underwood, Kelley Lovelace and Ashley Gorley and is currently in the Top 40 on the country singles chart.
