Citizens look for answer to Chattanooga's violent crime problem

The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville has installed a monument to Silas Hunt, the first black student to enroll at the UA School of Law. The abstract sculpture was designed by artist Bryan Winfred Massey Sr., a professor at the University of Central Arkansas.
