GAINESVILLE, Ga. -- Georgia state troopers say they believe a teen dancing in a Hall County road caused a crash that left five people injured.
Trooper First Class Jonathan Munger tells The Times of Gainesville three witnesses told authorities a teenager walked on to the road and appeared to be dancing just before the crash. The teen's identity hasn't been released.
Munger says the driver of a Jeep swerved to avoid hitting the pedestrian and lost control of the vehicle. Munger says the Jeep spun and hit a Honda. Munger says one of the Jeep's passengers was ejected, a second was partially ejected and two others suffered minor injuries.
Munger says charges are pending against the teen.
