WASHINGTON (AP) - A White House official says President Barack Obama will meet with some of those involved in the military assault that killed Osama bin Laden when he visits Fort Campbell, Ky., on Friday.

A team of Navy SEALs raided a compound in Pakistan, killing the terrorist mastermind. Bin Laden was later buried at sea. Fort Campbell is home to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, which participated in the raid against bin Laden.

The aide requested anonymity to speak before the official announcement of Obama's meeting.

Obama visited ground zero in New York City on Thursday to pay respects to victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack carried out by bin Laden.
