Korean War Veteran Found

The remains of Korean War veteran Sgt. Hershel White are returned to the U.S. mainland after a 58-year-absence. Killed in combat during the winter of 1950, Sgt. White's remains were repatriated by the Peoples Republic of Korea in 2007 and positively identified in the spring of this year. Sgt. White will be buried Saturday next to his mother and father in the Bryant, Ala. community on Sand Mountain.
