The Pinnacle is hosting an open house Sunday, Nov. 4 from 2-4 p.m. in an effort to display various features included in the condos such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new hardwood floors and designer cabinetry, said Stephen Kipa, of Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors.
Kaitlin Sawyer, a resident of The Pinnacle since September, noted how convenient the condos are to her daily life.
"I like the fact that The Pinnacle is so close to school, work and downtown.
It's also awesome how close it is to such great hiking trails on Stringer's Ridge," she said.
Sawyer added that even though she is on the second floor, she still has a great view of the Tennessee River, Lookout Mountain and the rest of the Chattanooga-area skyline.
Other amenities available to homeowners include the 24-hour on-site fitness facility, theater room, pool, conference and club room and covered parking.
The Pinnacle is located at 1131 Stringers Ridge Road.
