JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Chattanooga Lookouts defeated the Jacksonville Suns 5-1 in Southern League baseball Monday afternoon.

Starting pitcher Andres Santiago allowed a run in five innings to lower his earned run average to 1.17, and Rafael Ynoa, J.T. Wise, Blake Smith and Brian Cavazos-Galvez had two hits apiece as Chattanooga improved to 8-10 for the season.

The start of the game was delayed an hour and 11 minutes by rain.

The Lookouts took control with a four-run fourth inning, which included a single by Wise, doubles by Ynoa and Cavazos-Galvez and a two-run home run by Griff Erickson.

Game four of the five-game series is tonight at 7:05. Rob Rasmussen (1-2, 5.78 ERA) is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Robert Morey (0-0, 5.87) listed for the Suns.
