The Chattanooga Red Wolves Soccer Club has announced that TransCard will be its first official primary kit sponsor.

The United Soccer League team will compete in League One, which had its schedule released Monday.

TransCard has agreed to a three-year deal with the club, beginning in 2019.

"When seeking our official jersey sponsor, we searched for an innovative, local company with a vision that aligned with ours," Red Wolves team owner Bob Martino said in a release. "TransCard was a natural fit. They are leaders in their industry, show a deep care and understanding for our community and share the same excitement for the future of soccer in Chattanooga. This is only the beginning of a historic and valuable partnership."

TransCard - founded in 2012 - will have its logo featured across the front of the Red Wolves' home and away kits worn by players and fans under the agreement, which will provide local, regional and national exposure through ESPN Plus, the USL's official streaming service.

The kit design will be unveiled at an event in advance of the season kickoff.

The Red Wolves will make their debut on March 30 against North Texas SC in Dallas. Their first home match will be a week later against Forward Madison Football Club at 7 p.m. at Chattanooga Christian School.

"We are proud to have TransCard as our flagship kit sponsor," Red Wolves team president and general manager Sean McDaniel said. "TransCard and Chattanooga Red Wolves SC represent what makes Chattanooga special, such as commitment to community and innovation. Partnering with such a forward-thinking company as TransCard is another step for our franchise putting our stamp on the future of soccer in Chattanooga."

The team's 28-game regular-season schedule, not counting friendlies and tournaments, includes a pair of three-game homestands at CCS - June 22, 29 and July 6, and Sept. 21, 28 and Oct. 5 - and two-game homestands on May 25 and June 1 and July 17 and 27.

The Red Wolves have only one three-game road stretch in 2019.
