Allan Frame

CHICKAMUAGA Allan Davis Frame, 81, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013.Survived by his wife, Bitsy; daughter and son-in-law, Mindy and Bobby Brewer; son, Andrew Frame; and three grandchildren, Jessica Majors, Landon Frame and Duncan Frame.Allan was born in New York City, raised in Florida, graduated Mainland High School and served four years in the U.S. Navy. He attended Stetson University before marrying the love of his life, Bitsy. He retired the State Road Department in 1995. Allan volunteered with the Lions Club, served on the vestry and sang in the choir. He enjoyed the outdoors and was considered a master fisherman and hunter. Allan and Bitsy recently relocated to Chickamauga, to be closer to their daughter.A memorial service at St. Pauls Episcopal Church in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., will be held at a later date.
