Annette Haynes

ROSSVILLE Annette Cook Haynes 76, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013.Mrs. Haynes was born in Rossville, and lived there most of her life. She retired from Dixie Yarns and the Electric Power Board. She was the daughter of the late Herdest and Edna Cook and was preceded in death by her husband, William Ray Haynes.Survivors are one daughter, Kimberly "Kimmi" Rougeau and son-in-law, Blake Rougeau, Rock Spring, Ga.; grandchildren, Hunter Rougeau and Meaghann Rougeau, Rock Spring.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Tommy Stone officiating.
